On Thursday, March 30, Rachel Lehrer, a design leader who built and led the design and innovation team at the International Rescue Committee, will be visiting the Center. In addition to leading global, multi-disciplinary teams to design and test life-changing, scalable solutions for people affected by crisis, she has also spearheaded UX for the LinkNYC public communications network and redesigned the entry experience for the Museum of Modern Art.
She is available in the afternoon of her visit for individual meetings with Center affiliates and students whose work could benefit from the eye of an expert UX designer, adept in both the physical and digital spaces. If you would like a meeting with Rachel, contact the Center's Associate Director, Leslie Rowley, and she will work to coordinate schedules.
