Her primary research examines how people’s underlying ideological – or worldview – beliefs influence (mis)perceptions of social inequality. Her research aims to understand baseline differences in (mis)perceptions as a first step towards effectively intervening on them and her recent work has examined strategies to recalibrate inaccurate perceptions of the extent of social inequality. Before coming to Princeton, Hannah earned a PhD in Management and Organizations from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
