Kristine, an expert in substance abuse recovery particularly among the collegiate recovery community is currently the founder and Executive Director of Students Recover. The organization aims to reduce health and academic disparities and increase the successful matriculation of students in recovery with a particular focus on those who attend minority serving institutions, community colleges and trade schools that do not offer collegiate recovery programs. Students Recover offers an online recovery community grounded in equity, justice that promotes the self-determination of post-secondary school students in/seeking recovery.
